What would we use the SSPR page for?
  • The self-service password reset website (sspr.spartannash.com) provides an easier way for users to unlock their account, update their password, and configure their multi-factor authentication
How do we go about accessing this page?
  • You can access the SSPR page from any internet browser by navigating to sspr.spartannash.com
  • We recommend adding this URL as a favorite in your phone's web browser so you can access it if your account needs to be unlocked or your password needs to be reset
What are the password policy requirements?
  • Must be a minimum of 12 characters
  • Must contain at least 1 upper case letter
  • Must contain at least 1 number
  • Must contain 1 special character (@ # $ !, etc.)
  • Must be updated every 180 days
  • We recommend using a pass-PHRASE which can be easier to remember than a pass-WORD
How can I check to see what multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods I have setup?
  • Go to sspr.spartannash.com and use the "Configure MFA" button on the bottom of the screen
  • Your current MFA methods will be listed under "Security info" in the Microsoft Security Info portal that opens
How can I change the phone number I authenticate with?
  • Go to sspr.spartannash.com and use the "Configure MFA" button on the bottom of the screen
  • Your current phone number will be listed under "Security info" in the Microsoft Security Info portal that opens
  • Click the "Change" link next to your phone number to update it
  • NOTE: If you do not have access to the phone number connected to your account, you will need to contact Computer Support
